Build your future with us Our Sales and Marketing department is seeking a seasoned and motivated leader to manage and oversee the team responsible for coordinating book reviews and providing support to insurance agencies. This role will also lead the team of Sales roving field representatives, who are responsible for covering open Sales Field marketing territories. The manager will ensure efficient operational processes, maintain high levels of team performance, and drive initiatives that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position requires strong people leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to effectively support sales objectives and strengthen agency relationships. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
