Must Have
10 years practical mining experience, 5 years health and safety supervisor, 3 years Underground mining experience, MSHA Instructor for Underground and Surface, Root cause analysis training, Workplace training and assessment qualifications

Provide strategic advice, direction and support to Haile operations and ensure compliance with MSHA health and safety legislation and OGC’s safety standards. Develop and deliver safety training and ensure a consistent approach to safety and operational training and learning and development on site. * Develop and continuously promote strategic objectives and health and safety awareness programs to ensure all workers and site contractors understand their health and safety responsibilities. * Lead, advise and co-ordinate the departmental health and safety Advisors to deliver the site health and safety objectives. * Contribute to the ongoing development and review of site
