Then read on.** **About the Role** The Unassigned Conservation and Lead Conversion Specialist focuses on retaining existing customers who are no longer assigned to a Life Planner as well as driving new sales through effective communication, relationship-building and strategic sales techniques. The role strives to offer product solutions on financial needs of prospective and existing customers, both assigned and unassigned, to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and critical metrics. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize attrition. Proactively reach out to unassigned customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and generate saved ANP through retention and lapse prevention. * Sales Performance: Nurture and convert leads that will be assigned by the team lead. These leads may be sourced from special acquisition campaigns, or untouched existing customer leads. The individual in this role is also expected to reach out to identified cohorts of unassigned customers, conduct needs assessment, and resell relevant products. Sales activities may be performed virtually or face-to-face as may be required by the prospect customer. * Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services to effectively advise customers and
