What You'll Achieve.
Prevent vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior; Identify and report any and all concerns
Industry & Context.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug), Crawling, Crouching, Climbing of stairs, Kneeling, Running, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Walking for extended periods of time
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 21 years of age or older, High school degree or equivalent, Professional demeanor and appearance, Must have a valid drivers license, Must be able to obtain a valid State security license, Basic computer skills, Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks, communication skills (verbal and written), Minimum of one year of customer service experience OR one year of security experience, Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug), Must be available for 12 hour shifts on the weekends, Weekend and holiday availability is required

Greet and ID residents/guests
Enforce policies and procedures
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Respond to alarms and emergencies
Report safety and security concerns
Ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness
Enforce rules and regulations
