What You'll Do.
Acknowledge and greet residents and guests
Manage guest/visitor access
Eject trespasser or violators
Verify credentials of individuals/vehicles
Document and maintain log of visitors
Notify residents of visitor’s arrival
Protect others and equipment
Enforce policies and procedures
Monitor for suspicious behavior
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Identify potential safety and security risks
Warn violators of infractions
Respond to calls of distress
Contact local first responders
Identify and report concerns
Ensure timely submission of documentation
Ensure rules/regulations are enforced

Marksman Security is looking for qualified candidates to join our team of dedicated and compassionate security officers and firefighters. Security Officers, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises. Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and or detect any suspiciou
