Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, Graduate of Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, Graduate of Vascular accredited program, ARDMS registered, ARDMS-Abdominal & Vascular required, CPR certification required, BLS certification required, 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

What You'll Do.
Coordinate scheduling
Perform diagnostic imaging studies
Assist with physician training
Develop new protocols
Develop imaging techniques
Participate in research
Develop research protocols
Act in team leader capacity
Monitor charging of procedures
Monitor charging of supplies
Demonstrate Ultrasound equipment
Provide in-service classes
Obtain Ultrasound scan order
Examine Ultrasound scan order
Ensure order appropriateness
Notify supervisor of discrepancies
Contact physician for correct orders
Identify patient service requirements
Establish patient rapport
Obtain necessary consents
Provide patient education
Operate Ultrasound scanners
Operate related equipment
