ARDMS certification in OB/GYN or AB, BLS certification, Graduated from accredited Sonography program, Communicate in English

Follow ultrasound protocols for biopsies
Manage delivery of care
Ensure patient safety
Produce quality diagnostic images
Obtain patient history
Document pertinent information
Communicate with Radiologist
Verify provider orders
Ensure exam room cleanliness
Adhere to infection control
Prioritize work assignments
Prepare patient for procedures
Provide instructions to patients
Modify technical factors
Ensure equipment is in acceptable condition
Conduct routine quality control checks
