Must Have
High School diploma or GED equivalent, Must have a attendance record, Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift, Must have good mechanical aptitude, Must be able to wear a respirator, Ascending, descending stairs, Standing for extended periods, Bending, squatting, twisting, Overhead reach, Lifting up to 25 pounds
What You'll Do.
Work from industry standards
Detect defects in forging multiples
Use proper methods of ultrasonic inspection
Use proper methods of etch inspection
Use proper methods of dimensional inspection
Perform routine maintenance
Perform minor maintenance
Ensure ultrasonic equipment is clean
Ensure etch equipment is clean
Ensure dimensional equipment is clean
Ensure ultrasonic equipment is functioning properly
Ensure etch equipment is functioning properly
Ensure dimensional equipment is functioning properly
Ensure timely processing of material through NDT
Record complete records of all tests
Record accurate records of all tests
Record complete records of test results

Perform mult etch inspection
Perform blasting of etched mults
Pursue qualification examination for ultrasonic level inspector
Pass qualification examination for ultrasonic level inspector
Perform daily calibration of equipment
Perform daily checks of equipment
Ensuring equipment integrity
Maintain immersion tanks
Support continuous improvement
Support EH&S initiatives
Wear required personal protective equipment
Perform duties related to Hazardous Waste Water Treatment
Refer difficulties to Supervisor
