This role will be responsible for conducting video calls with candidates to perform identity (impostor) checks and assess compliance requirements, including Modern Slavery-related questions, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance ## Responsibilities Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identityverification. Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting -related questionsduring candidate interviews. Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidateassessments. Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment andcompliance regulations. Meet clear productivity targets (calls per hour / day / week) while maintaining highquality standards. Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verificationprocesses. Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidatechecks. Work independently in a fully remote environment. ## A successful candidate will have Proven experience in UK recruitment, specifically in vetting checks andright-to-work verification. Strong understanding of UK compliance requirements, including Modern Slaveryregulations. High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, andAI-based tools. Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently.
