This role will be responsible for conducting video calls with candidates to perform identity (impostor) checks and assess compliance requirements, including Modern Slavery-related questions, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance ## Responsibilities Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identityverification. Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting -related questionsduring candidate interviews. Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidateassessments. Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment andcompliance regulations. Meet clear productivity targets (calls per hour / day / week) while maintaining highquality standards. Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verificationprocesses. Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidatechecks. Work independently in a fully remote environment. ## A successful candidate will have Proven experience in UK recruitment, specifically in vetting checks andright-to-work verification. Strong understanding of UK compliance requirements, including Modern Slaveryregulations. High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, andAI-based tools. Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently. Excellent communication skills and confidence in conducting video calls. Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to improve tools and processes.
