This is a key role supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting early careers initiatives, while ensuring alignment with Moog’s values and business objectives. ## Key Responsibilities * **Stakeholder Management** * Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders * Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices * Manage expectations and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process * **End-to-End Recruitment Delivery** * Manage vacancies through the full lifecycle using **Workday** * Ensure accurate requisition management, compliance, and data integrity within the system * Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout * **Direct Sourcing** * Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools, networking) * Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles * Reduce reliance
