Must Have
Qualified accountant with post-qualified experience, Progressive financial experience across different roles, Solid technical accounting skills, Ability to research and reach appropriate conclusions, Compelling recommendations and influence senior leaders, Experience managing projects end-to-end, Experience getting results, organising and prioritising deadlines, Experience dealing with complex issues and conveying in a simple manner, Ability to interact at all levels within the organisation, Earn respect universally, Proven experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, Proactive and curious, Ability to drive continuous improvement, Solve problems in a team environment, High degree of integrity, Ability to operate under time-pressure, Ability to operate in situations of ambiguity

What You'll Do.
Deliver accurate reporting
Highlight risks & opportunities
Apply IFRS 15 judgement
Deliver on business requirements
Ensure documentation and compliance
Ensure smooth year-end close
Ensure clean audit processes
Lead and drive process transformation
and implement new systems
Embed ICFR requirements
Apply rigour to journal approvals
Understand unwind profile
Balance sheet reconciliations

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with GFS Revenue Team; Partner closely with GFS Revenue Team; Work with Experian’s global teams; Interact at all levels within the organisation; Engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Communication Scope
Provide compelling recommendations; Influence senior leaders; Conveying in a simple manner
Process & Methodology
Managing projects end-to-end, Organising and prioritising deadlines
