The role drives operational consistency, oversees project documentation in project tracking tool PMWeb, governance and supports Project Managers to ensure successful execution across all assigned projects. ## Major Responsibilities ### Ownership * Develop comprehensive project execution plans including scope, scheduling, and risk mitigation. * Upload all required project documentation to client systems (PMWeb) at each stage pf the project. * Monitor progress across all assigned projects and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct regular data reviews and provide analytical insights. * Collate and evaluate supply chain quotations. * Ensure all deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and client standards. * Manage scope changes through formal change control processes. * Oversee the contract award process, ensuring correct contract forms, approvals, and documentation are in place. ### Client & Stakeholder Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for project management in the region for JLL. * Ensure PMWeb is consistently updated to contractual obligations with the client. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. * Collaborate with the C
