5+ years of UK & EMEA payroll experience (multi-country scope required), Proven experience working with EOR models across multiple jurisdictions, Hands-on experience with CloudPay, Familiarity with Workday HCM, knowledge of EMEA payroll compliance and statutory requirements, Experience managing vendors and stakeholders in a global environment
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the UK and EMEA
Manage payroll delivery via CloudPay
ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee and partner with EOR providers
including SLA management and issue resolution
Act as payroll SME for Workday HCM
supporting integrations
Ensure compliance with local tax
and labor regulations across multiple countries
and Legal on payroll inputs
employee lifecycle events
Drive process improvements
