What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–4 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design, At least 2 years of experience designing mobile applications, portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile product design process, Experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale, Advanced mobile interaction design and prototyping skills, understanding of Material Design and mobile platform guidelines, Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive/mobile-first design principles, Experience using analytics and A testing to drive design decisions, stakeholder management and communication skills, Experience working in Agile product teams
Nice to Have
Experience in travel, booking, or marketplace products, Experience with design systems and component libraries, Familiarity with behavioral analytics and usability testing tools, Experience facilitating workshops and product discovery sessions, English level Upper-Intermediate
