Must Have
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio across web and mobile platforms, Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools, Ability to use AI pragmatically as part of the UX process, without relying on it uncritically, Solid understanding of design systems and how they contribute to creating scalable, user-friendly interfaces, Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Background in designing for B2B experiences within the car industry, Danish, German, Italian or Dutch language skills are a plus, curious mindset, enjoy solving complex UX challenges hands-on, balance autonomy with collaboration, turn UX strategy into structured execution, create structure and maintain momentum in evolving environments, prioritize effectively, maintain quality across changing business needs, sense of ownership for the solutions you design
