What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio across web and mobile platforms, Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools/vibe coding, Ability to use AI pragmatically as part of the UX process, without relying on it uncritically, Solid understanding of design systems and how they contribute to creating scalable, user-friendly interfaces, Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Background in designing for B2B experiences within the car industry, Danish, German, Italian or Dutch language skills are a plus, Have a curious mindset and enjoy solving complex UX challenges hands-on, Can balance autonomy with collaboration, and turn UX strategy into structured execution, Are comfortable working iteratively in environments with evolving priorities, Can make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information without compromising quality, Can prioritize effectively and maintain quality across changing business needs, Have a sense of ownership for the solutions you design
