Full Job Description
We are looking for motivated and curious individuals to join our online UI/UX Design Internship at Sigma Software. This program combines theoretical knowledge with intensive practice, helping participants develop the skills required to start a career as a UI/UX Designer (Intern / Junior level) upon successful completion. This internship is best suited for aspiring designers who already have basic design fundamentals and want to transition from educational or freelance projects into real product design work. During the internship: * Sigma Software’s experienced designers will share practical knowledge and real-life cases * Participants will gain an understanding of real design workflows, collaboration processes, and communication within distributed teams * The main focus is on hands-on experience and developing practical design skills Program Details: * Format: Online * Duration: 1–1.5 months * Schedule: Part-time, 2 sessions per week, 4 hours each (self-paced theory + live workshops + homework review) * Total sessions: 8–10 * Registration deadline: June 30 * Scholarship: Not provided * Top-performing participants may receive an offer to continue with Sigma Software as an Individual Intern or Junior UI/UX Designer * Attend all sessions regularly and actively participate in practical activities * Complete homework assignments after each session on time * Demonstrate fast learning and continuous progress * Work on real design tasks and receive feedback from mentors ## Qualifications * Basic practical experience with Figma * Understanding of web design fundamentals (desktop and mobile) * Portfolio with UI/graphic design examples * English level - at least Intermediate * Active usage of AI tools as part of the design workflow, including research, ideation, content generation, visual exploration, and productivity support WILL BE A PLUS * Basic experience in UI/UX design * 3D / animation / motion design skills * Experience with ReadyMag, Tilda * Experience using AI tools b
