## _**Job Description:**_ DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation. We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. He will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. **Responsibilities:** * As a self-starter, able to proactively provide effective content driven presentations even with limited input from stakeholders * Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, SMEs and other stakeholders in order to strategically create engaging user journeys for end users. * Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. * Design and create mockups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile * Design graphic user interface components library, like menus, tabs and widgets, create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) * Adopt, create and update specific style guide and design language (digital principles, colour, typography, imagery, iconography, data visualisation) * Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) * Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedba
