Responsibilities: Design end-to-end product experiences across web, desktop, and mobile; Simplify complex systems into clear, fast, and intuitive interactions; Define product behavior - flows, structure, and interactions; Build scalable, production-ready interfaces and components; Work closely with engineering and product to ship high-quality features; Own work from concept to launch, continuously improving what’s live. Requirements: 4+ years of experience designing interfaces for web/desktop/mobile applications - ideally in technical, data-dense, or B2B contexts; Strong Figma proficiency and a rigorous approach to component-level thinking; Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy; Ability to push back, advocate for users, and defend decisions with clear rationale; Self-directed - you take ownership and follow through without hand-holding; Experience with AI tools - Claude, Gemini, etc; Fluent in English and Latvian. Nice to have: Familiarity with networking, IT infrastructure, or hardware products (or genuine curiosity about them); Experience with design systems and contribution to shared component libraries; Motion design or advanced prototyping skills (After Effects, Principle, or similar).
