What They're Looking For.

Must Have

A portfolio showing shipped web UI work — visual craft, clear interaction thinking, and real product context., Solid Figma proficiency: components, prototyping, and clean developer handoff., Direct experience designing for AI products — you've worked on features powered by LLMs, ML models, or generative systems and understand how that changes the design problem., Comfort with modern web design fundamentals: responsive layouts, design tokens, basic CSS and how your designs map to code., Good visual design instincts — you can produce work that is both functional and aesthetically considered., Ability to work with some ambiguity: take a rough brief, ask the right questions, and turn it into a clear design proposal.

Nice to Have

Experience designing conversational UI, chat interfaces, or AI copilot surfaces., Basic HTML/CSS skills or the ability to inspect and edit front-end code., Exposure to design systems work — contributing components, writing usage guidelines, or maintaining tokens., Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to apply them in practice.

What You'll Do.

How You'll Work.
