Full Job Description
**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD97479 **Position Overview** At Autodesk AEC, we help teams meet the world’s rapidly expanding building and infrastructure needs while making design and construction more predictable, safe, and sustainable. The Construction Project Coordination team is on a mission to transform how construction projects are planned, coordinated, and managed by global customers—through a productivity platform that is intuitive, scalable, AI-driven, and seamlessly accessible across mobile and web. We are seeking a UI designer (Contractor) (with experience with UX) to help shape the next generation of construction user experiences in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). This is a contract role through January 2027, ideal for a designer who thrives in complex, B2B environments. In this role, you will focus on the short-term planning (workplan) tool, part of a broader ecosystem of project coordination tools (including scheduling and meeting workflows). The work involves designing solutions that help teams plan, align, and execute work more effectively in both office and field contexts. The role requires leveraging emerging and established technologies to solve complex customer problems and deliver intuitive, high-impact experiences across mobile and web. This position calls for strong design craft, a deep understanding of user workflows, and the ability to translate real-world behaviors into thoughtful, scalable solutions. Success in this role requires comfort working in ambiguity, close cross-functional collaboration, and the integration of AI tools into day-to-day design processes. **Responsibilities** * Design end-to-end experiences for complex, workflow-heavy B2B products across mobile and web * Contribute to the evolution of the workplan (short-term planning) experience, improving usability, clarity, and efficiency for field and office construction teams * Translate complex user needs, operational constraints, and business requirements into intuitive experi
