The successful candidate will play a strategic role in maintaining this system and ensuring secure and reliable operation in a fast-paced environment. _**Major Responsibilities**_ * Support Magna IT’s Microsoft 365 services including MS Intune & EntraID * Technical support of Microsoft Intune and associated GPOs in on-prem AD * Review of global device compliance and assisting local IT to meet global device compliance goals * Regularly evaluate UEM/MDM system settings, policies and hardware * Creation of configuration profiles, compliance policies, GPOs etc. * Collaborate with other MIT members to support and assist in projects * Work closely with Divisional IT Admins to help driving adoption and proactively resolve issues * Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner * Provide operative and administrative support for current and future projects * 2nd and 3rd level User support / ticket
