in a timely and accurate manner
Responds to incoming e-mails promptly
providing all necessary research and documentation needed
uses the chatbot to resolve any issues encountered within the Uber portal
Organize excel spreadsheet for monthly renewals
Search in multiple portals to find registrations and/or inspections
Upload registrations and/or inspections into Uber portal
ensure that the submissions are approved
Upload documents into DMP
Sends and reply to emails
