Must Have
3 years of relevant experience, Certified sUAS Master Trainer, Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course (CFD-IC) certified, Experience developing and delivering technical or operational training programs, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
Nice to Have
Experience supporting U. S. Army UAS programs, Familiarity with UAS platforms, operations, and maintenance concepts, UAS Instructor/Operator qualification, Experience with training development standards, Experience supporting New Equipment Training (NET), Familiarity with simulation systems, mission planning tools, and digital training environments
