About the Role As a UAS Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of our flight operations team supporting commercial drone delivery and advanced UAS operations. You will take on responsibilities as Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC), ground operations support, and field maintenance, while ensuring all activities align with FAA regulations and aviation best practices. This role blends hands-on flight operations, aircraft servicing, troubleshooting, and documentation, keeping you close to real-world missions and operational decision-making. You’ll work in dynamic environments—flying missions, preparing aircraft, resolving technical issues, and contributing to procedures that enable safe, scalable, and repeatable delivery operations. You’ll be joining a team that’s helping shape the future of autonomous delivery through disciplined operations, regulatory rigor, and continuous improvement.
