Must Have

5+ years in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing, Proven track record of driving results and managing substantial budgets, In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and UA best practices in Japan, Fluency in English and Japanese, Hands-on expertise with major platforms (Naver, Line, Google Ads, Unity, Moloco), Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust), Experience with SDK networks, DSPs, and reward platforms, Exceptional analytical skills to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies, Ability to formulate comprehensive UA strategies while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily execution, Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide clear, concise reporting

What You'll Do.

Develop and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for Japan

Identify key growth opportunities and market trends

and meticulously analyze large-scale UA campaigns across relevant local networks

CTV and other relevant platforms

Lead in-depth data analysis to optimize campaigns based on KPIs

Refine targeting and bidding to maximize Roas

Manage existing ad partner and agency relationships
