Working closely with the Team Leads and Snr Type Operations Managers, Client Engagement Managers, you will help manage data analysis, communications and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and curious about typography, brand systems, and client delivery to build expertise in Type Operations, font management, and operational excellence. _What you’ll be doing:_ * Support Type Operations Managers with day-to-day coordination across client accounts. * Assist with management of font tracking for production font reports * Assist with font audits, usage reviews, compliance checks, and other discovery activities. * Gather, organize, and maintain client information, project records, trackers, timelines, and action logs. * Help prepare client-facing materials, reports, summaries, meeting notes, and documentation. * Coordinate internal workflows across Type Operations, Client Engagement, Creative, Technical Craft, Sales, and other special
