What You'll Do.
Assist Territory Managers and Customer Service Representatives by providing customer quotations
Prepare and submit quotes to customers
Manage and track all quotation activity within the CRM system
Prepare cost and price estimates for materials
Correlate all cost information within time frame of bid date and time needed by customers and Sales team
Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision making processes
including maintenance of job win/loss record within CRM
Perform various other miscellaneous sales and service-related duties

Work closely within a remote, cross-functional team environment; Communicate with managers in regard to processes and pricing across remote and onsite teams; Partner with Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and quotation accuracy; Frequent collaboration with a remote, distributed team; Ability to work within a team atmosphere as well as independently in a self-directed environment

Tyler Union, a division of McWane, Inc., is the nation’s leading manufacturer of Ductile Iron Waterworks Fittings and Appurtenances has an immediate opening for a Quotations Agent. Tyler Union's main manufacturing facility is located in Anniston, AL. The primary focus of this position is to assist Territory Managers and Customer Service Representatives by providing customer quotations that result in profitable sales revenue. The Quotations Agent will support the overall sales strategy through efficient and timely responses to internal and external customers by preparing and submitting quotes to customers. This role is highly CRM-driven, with the majority of quotation activity, tracking, and customer data managed within the system. The Quotations Agent will work closely within a remote, cross-functional team environment, requiring strong communication and the ability to manage responsibilities independently. Desire and ability to provide superior customer service is imperative.
