Eligibility Requirements

Must wear common and job specific protective or safety equipment, including but not limited to safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats., satisfactory performance & attendance to satisfy all requirements of the mandatory 480 hour probationary period, submit to a drug screen, physical, and background check, moderately heavy lifting/carrying equal to 40 – 50 frequent carrying or lifting greater than 40 times per bending below the bending at waist pushing/pulling maximum weight of 25 pounds un-wheeled; twisting torso as use of use of both ability to grasp medium with right/left ability to flex/extend right/left ability to do repetitive work with ability to exert medium arm/hand force with right/left ability to wear gloves on right/left ability to use tools with right/left ability to use vibrating tools with right/left standing and moving neck forwardack and turning left/right; ability to work in high ability to work in high ability to work inside/outside, ability to work on slippery, uneven, or unstable ability to work around moving ability to work around dust and and ability to wear a respirator.

Must Have

One (1) to three (3) years of related on-the-job experience required.

Nice to Have

High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)., Previous work experience in a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment preferred.

What You'll Do.

Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.

Mark or tag identification on parts.

Load and unload items from machines

Help production workers perform duties of lesser skill

such as supplying or holding materials or tools or cleaning work areas and equipment.

Use appropriate tools to finish castings based on quality specifications.

Clean and lubricate equipment.
