We are seeking a dynamic, full-time TV Broadcast and Digital Programming Specialist located within a TEGNA television market to manage our multimedia content strategy. You will oversee the scheduling, curation, and distribution of content across traditional television channels and digital streaming platforms. The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the gap and communicate between programming and other disciplines by leveraging Titan TV MediaStar Scheduler alongside the WideOrbit Traffic platform to ensure accurate programming and digital schedules, maximizing commercial inventory for sales, and communicating with internal and external disciplines. Responsibilities: • Log follow-up on impacted regular programming when breaking news or severe weather coverage occurs; coordinate with GM, news, sales, TCO and TSC on station contingency planning particularly as it relates to network live sports and/or local sports. • Inventory/Format Management: Coordinate with the sales team to resolve program timing discrepancies, manage formats, and maximize revenue. • Real-Time Guide Publishing: Manage and update real-time schedules to broadcast PSIP, NextGen TV ESG data services, and digital program guides. • Reporting solid organization and time management in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; detail oriented and ability to multi-task. • Location Requirement: Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, an active TEGNA television market. • Experience: 3+ years in television programming, master control, or media traffic operations. • Technical Software: Mandatory, hands-on proficiency with Titan TV Media
