What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, cardiovascular marketing, sales or market development roles, Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, clinical, and market access teams, communication, presentation, and project management skills, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Structural Heart therapies and healthcare market dynamics, regional market development experience, exposure to emerging markets, previous involvement in Structural Heart or TAVI therapy launches, MBA education or additional commercial training

Lead market development initiatives for Structural Heart therapy across the TURMECA region
Support therapy adoption and awareness activities for TAVI solutions
Develop customer engagement and stakeholder management plans aligned with business priorities
Analyze market trends
and competitive dynamics to support strategic decision-making

Team & Collaboration
Partner with sales, marketing, clinical and market access teams to execute regional growth strategies; Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders on campaign execution, business planning, and market expansion activities; work closely with local and Eurasia teams to support market development strategies for Structural Heart therapy
