Join us to create the future Posti!_ **Haemme nyt Tuotantopäällikköä Orimattilan palveluvarastoalueellemme** Tuotantopäällikkönä vastaat alueesi tuloksesta ja laadusta sekä asiakasyhteistyöstä. Huolehdit alueesi kustannusten hallinnasta sekä resursoinnista, vastaat alueesi toimintasuunnitelmien, budjettien ja ennusteiden suunnittelusta sekä asetettujen taloudellisten ja laatutavoitteiden toteutumisesta. Omaat hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot sekä asiakasrajapintaan että henkilöstöön. Toimit esihenkilönä alueesi päälliköille ja asiantuntijoille vastaten tuotannon johtamismallien toteutuksesta yksiköissäsi. Henkilöstön määrä alueella on n.200 henkilöä. Työturvallisuus ja henkilöstön hyvinvointi on lähellä sydäntäsi ja näkyy päivittäisessä johtamisessasi. Vastuualueenasi on monipuolinen työympäristö sisältäen logistiikan toimitusketjun vastaanotosta lähetystoimintaan.
