What You'll Do.
Read and interpret Operational Method Sheets
Read and interpret job instructions
Set up tube bending machines
Operate tube bending machines
Adjust tube bending machines to meet specifications
Perform program corrections
Perform machine parameter adjustments
Handle materials to and from workstations
Assist maintenance with tooling changes
Assist maintenance with equipment troubleshooting
Maintain production records
Maintain quality records
Report on equipment issues
Report on required maintenance
Maintain quality standards
Perform first part inspection
Perform last part inspection
Perform rework as needed
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain an organized work area
Follow all safety protocols
Follow company procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
