This role requires keen analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to enforce policies while maintaining excellent communication with users and internal teams. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Monitor & Investigate:** Review and analyze reported content, user activities, and potential violations, ensuring compliance with platform policies. * **Policy Enforcement:** Take appropriate actions, such as warnings, content removal, account suspensions, or bans, based on policy violations. * **User Communication:** Investigate incidents by calling users who violated policies, clearly explaining the actions taken, and guiding them on how to comply moving forward. * **Trend Analysis:** Identify patterns related to fraud, hate speech, harassment, and other safety concerns to enhance policy effectiveness. * **Cross-Team Collaboration:** Work closely with verification teams, customer support, and sales to ensure consistent enforcement of trust & safety policies. * **Process & Policy Improvement: **Contribute to refining guidelines, workflows, and best practic
