Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on: - Vetting and verifying tradespeople to ensure only high-quality, trustworthy professionals join the platform. - Delivering a fair, efficient, and customer-focused review process that drives confidence for homeowners and trades alike. - Spotting ways to improve our Trust & Safety processes and putting ideas into action. - Collaborating with Customer Support, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to solve problems and improve outcomes. - Investigating risks, identifying patterns, and helping protect the integrity of the marketplace. - Making sure every interaction leaves customers and tradespeople feeling confident in Checkatrade. You’ll do well here if you bring: - Experience in Trust & Safety, customer operations, fraud prevention, quality assurance, compliance, or a similar field or a genuine eagerness to learn. - A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. - Strong communication skills, good judgement, and a natural curiosity to investigate and solve problems. - Confidence working with systems, internal tools, and digital platforms, or the ability to pick them up quickly. - Great attention to detail and the ability to make fair, consistent decisions. - A passion for helping create a trusted marketplace where customers and tradespeople can thrive
