What They're Looking For.
Must Have
good mechanical aptitude, Minnesota commercial Driver’s license or the ability to obtain one, within 1 year of employment, DOT Medical Card, detail oriented with organizational skills, good mechanical knowledge, Basic computer skills, Experience/understanding of safe shop practices, Maintain good customer relationships, both internal and external, Maintain a positive attitude with all employees
What You'll Do.
Perform the steps for the process of restoring
and upgrading used or worn-out equipment to a condition that resembles its original state
Frequent use of welders and cutting tools
Safe use of air tools to remove built up concrete
Disassemble and reassembly of sheet metal components on ready-mix trucks
Properly assemble and install hydraulic hoses
Removal and installation of wiring harnesses
Ability to charge out inventory related parts and supplies
Installation of hydraulic pumps and cylinders
practice good housekeeping
and safety standards per OSHA regulations
Drive a variety of equipment and transporting equipment as needed
