What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Office experience required including working with computers and handling large volume of work, Basic Microsoft Excel skills required, Ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service, Must have good telephone etiquette, Able to listen effectively and communicate with all levels of staff, Must be able to work independently, Excellent communication (verbal, written), Must be efficient, accurate and dependable

Familiarity with Microsoft Word

What You'll Do.

Manage and process documentation for the Truck and Equipment Finance division

Accurately enter and maintain data within appropriate systems

Collaborate with clients to resolve license and title matters

Communicate with equity investors regarding title-related issues

Provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders

Maintain and manage title files

Secure original and duplicate titles

Coordinate with equity investors and the remarketing team on title status updates

Prepare and review title-related closing documentation

and update all relevant title data within internal systems

Process billing transactions and submit check requests

Handle end-of-lease documentation

Process state transfers

Provide support on departmental projects

Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues

and external partners

Adhere to all company policies

procedures and regulatory requirements

Maintain consistent and dependable attendance

Meet established KPI targets related to title administration

Perform additional duties as assigned
