What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma required, Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience, Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools, Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing, Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred

Lead job scope meetings

Review candidates via ATS

Evaluate candidate qualifications

Develop recruitment marketing plans

Source candidates via databases

Solicit and pursue referrals

Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software

Connect with talent communities

Articulate value proposition

Prepare candidates for interviews

Provide timely updates to candidates

Draft and utilize phone interview templates

Compare interview notes and skills assessments

Review background and reference information

Keep candidates engaged

Partner with hiring leader on offers

Articulate job offer to candidate

Adhere to all regulations

Deliver a candidate slate

Build talent pipelines

Provide accurate reporting

Identify perceived difficulties

Communicate search status

Work with hiring leader; Consultative direction to hiring leader; Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details; Recommend solutions to internal and external stakeholders; Communicate search status to hiring leader
