## 📌 Role Snapshot * Position: Remote Trial Class Manager (Independent Contractor) — Arabic-speaking market * What you’ll do: Deliver 1:1 online trial lessons, assess the child’s needs, recommend the most suitable Kodland program, and support the family through the enrollment decision * Typical schedule: 20–25 hours/week on average , mostly during after-school / evening hours on weekdays, plus daytime weekend slots * Compensation: Fixed pay per completed trial lesson + performance-based bonuses (clear and structured bonus logic) * Training & support: A structured onboarding process with live training, guided practice, and a short assessment before you work with real families If this structure matches your expectations and availability, please review the details below. ## 1\.
