Nice to Have
Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and performing basic data analysis preferred

The Triage Specialist works as part of a small team of federal and contract staff to ensure inbox coverage 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. ** _Position Duties:_ ** * Monitor a shared incident response inbox in collaboration with other team members to ensure timely response and incident elevation. * Analyze each incoming incident in accordance with federal policies to ensure incidents are documented correctly and routed to the appropriate point of contact. * Provide technical assistance in situations where incident reports need to be corrected and/or resubmitted in accordance with policy. * Create shift reports and complete other activities necessary to prepare team members to take over inbox coverage. * Catalog and file incidents in keeping with policies and standard operating procedures. * Maintain a tracking system for reported incidents and perform quality assurance to ensure data accuracy. * Perform data analysis to identify trends in incident reporting. * Provide reports on inbox activity on regular and as-needed bases. * Other duties as assigned. ** _Qualifications:_** * BA/BS degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of related experience. * Experience in case management, child welfare, or social work required. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and
