What You'll Achieve.
Ensure timely response and incident elevation; Ensure incidents are documented correctly; Ensure data accuracy
Industry & Context.
Analyze each incoming incident; Provide technical assistance in situations where incident reports need to be corrected and/or resubmitted
MBI (T2) clearance, Must be able and willing to work some weekends and holidays, Public Trust/Other Required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 + years of related experience, BAS degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of related experience, Experience in case management, child welfare, or social work required, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and to collaborate with team members in a remote environment, Must be able and willing to work some weekends and holidays, This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one
Nice to Have
Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and performing basic data analysis preferred

Route incidents to appropriate point of contact
Provide technical assistance for corrections
Catalog and file incidents
Maintain a tracking system for incidents
Perform quality assurance on data accuracy
Perform data analysis to identify trends
Provide reports on inbox activity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works as part of a small team of federal and contract staff; Ensure inbox coverage 365 days a year; Monitor a shared incident response inbox in collaboration with other team members; Ability to collaborate with team members in a remote environment
