What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma required, Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
Nice to Have
a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred, Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Educate patients on their treatment plan and the importance of their oral health
Present treatment plan options and gain financial consent including payment plans
Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system
Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments
Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments
Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
