What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years experience healthcare/patient-facing role, Confidence discussing treatment plans, Experience presenting financial information, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Excellent verbal communication skills, Excellent written communication skills, Ability to thrive fast-paced environment, Proactive mindset, Ownership and follow-through, Passion for delivering service, Ability to work Full Time schedule, Ability to work 32-40 hours per week, Ability to work 2 Saturdays per month, Ability to sit for extended periods, Ability to stand for extended periods, Ability to use computer for extended periods, Ability to use phone systems for extended periods, Ability to move throughout studio, Ability to assist patients, Ability to communicate effectively in person, Ability to communicate effectively via technology
Nice to Have
Dental experience strongly preferred, Familiarity with dental software, Dentrix or similar preferred, Understanding insurance claims, Understanding benefits coordination, Understanding billing practices
