OUR PRACTICE: Dental365 - Park Slope 422 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215 HIRING SCHEDULE: Sunday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (x2 per month) Monday: OFF Tuesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care. Answering phones promptly and responding to messages Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding. Regularly collaborating with Office Manager for smooth daily operations. Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan. Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years' experience with treatment planning in a dental setting Tech savvy - experienced with relevant practice management software Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
