What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, One year of work experience in behavioral health or personal recovery experience, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through approved Luminis Health system required within 30 days of hire, Valid Maryland driver's license and driving record with no more than two points
Nice to Have
college degree in behavioral health or human services, Two to four college level behavioral health internships may substitute on a 1:1 basis for up to two years work experience, Two years personal recovery experience, Pathways internships
What You'll Do.
General supervision of residents and their activities
Milieu management and facilitation of group meetings
Provide supervision and support for patients
Maintain adequate supply of welcome materials
Provide supervision of resident environment
Conduct room searches
Maintain awareness of patient room assignments
Assist and accompany patients during discharge
Facilitate educational and/or skill building groups
Complete needed documentation
Communicate and collaborate with staff
Attend and participate in meetings
Work collaboratively with patient and teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works closely with the TA Lead position; Communicate and collaborate with other Pathways staff; Work collaboratively with patient and multi-disciplinary teams
