Treasury Safeguarding Junior Analyst Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week The Regulatory Treasury and Safeguarding team coordinates all safeguarding frameworks on behalf of the Ebury group across several global entities and branches, including guidance and oversight of the legal entities subject to MiIFD requirements. This position will be very important to the client money assurance obligations of the business. It will work within the Treasury team and report to the Group Head of Regulatory Treasury and Safeguarding Officer. What you’ll do ● You will be helping enhance the global safeguarding framework, establishing globally consistent standards, ensuring ongoing compliance with local regulations, and implementing best-in-class controls. ● Process implementation and review as the business grows for new products and processes validating this meets all our requirements. ● Assisting with audit delivery and remediation. ● Review of existing processes and procedural enhancements ● Breach control and incident review and remediation. ● Work with various stakeholders across the business to effect change (Tech, Operations, Finance, Compliance). ● Monitor KPIs, risk assessments and management information and metrics. ● Follow and promote a culture of operational compliance.
