What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in related accounting or finance field
Nice to Have
Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
What You'll Do.
Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional/oversight team
review and validate all daily activity
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in calculations and processing
Ensure adherence to controls
Provide timely accurate management reporting
Research and resolve exceptions and issues
Escalate unresolved issues to management
Reconcile and resolve discrepancies
Ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate effectively with client
Ensure appropriate records of daily and monthly activities are kept
Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information
Follow up on administrative details
Oversee the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain knowledge of current alternative procedures and processes
Assist with workflow management and technology enhancement
Make suggestions to streamline operations
Document any updates or changes to formal procedures
Participate in projects
Prepare and verify information for projects/special requests
develop and motivate new staff
Complete performance appraisals
Provide staffing recommendations
Interview new personnel
Coordinate and supervise work efforts
Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff
Participate in individual on-going training and development
Complete and deliver PPRs on time
Make effective recommendations to hire
control work and terminate employment
Make effective recommendations for promotions
salary increases and bonuses
Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity
Report and/or escalate suspicious transaction activity
Perform duties of Associates if required
Perform other duties as assigned
