QIMA is looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our global treasury function. Working closely with the Treasury Operations Manager, you will take ownership of a range of treasury tasks, help manage the team’s workload, and step in as acting manager during periods of absence. This is a great opportunity for an experienced treasury professional looking to broaden their scope in a dynamic, international environment. Reporting line This position reports directly to the Treasury Operations Manager. Key responsibilities * Support daily cash operations — assist with monitoring balances, managing cash positions, and ensuring adequate liquidity across all geographies. * Assist in ensuring proper funding of cash pool and standalone accounts globally. * Help to set up and process funding-related intercompany loans. * Support the maintenance of bank mandates, delegation of authorities, and net banking platform administration. * Assist with bank account openings and closings, and contribute to account structure optimisation. * Coordinate external audit requests for the treasury function. * Support KYC, AML, and other treasury-related administrative and compliance processes.
