What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Good relevant years of experience in Treasury, Payments, or Financial Services transformation roles, Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product or system implementations, understanding of treasury operations, payments ecosystems, and safeguarding
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech or high-growth environments preferred, Experience with BI/reporting tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of new product initiatives from a Treasury perspective
Act as the primary Treasury representative
and operational readiness of new product flows and market launches
Ensure Treasury requirements are embedded across the full product lifecycle
Act as the primary Treasury point of contact for Product and Engineering teams
Own front-to-back delivery of new product initiatives
Translate Treasury requirements into product and technical roadmaps
and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Identify and deliver automation opportunities across treasury processes (cash management
Lead process re-engineering to support scalable and standardised new product flows
and transparency across treasury activities
Build and enhance dashboards and MIS for liquidity
Ensure all implementations align with treasury strategy
safeguarding requirements
and internal controls
Support Treasury readiness for new markets
and regulatory requirements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborates closely with the product and business team to align financial strategies with business objectives; Act as the primary Treasury point of contact for Product and Engineering teams; Drive cross-functional collaboration across Treasury, Payments, Compliance, and Technology teams; Partner with Product and Engineering to implement efficient, future-ready treasury infrastructure
Communication Scope

Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
