Must Have
3+ years proven experience in cash forecasting, bank relationship management, and regulatory compliance in a treasury or finance-related role, Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, Unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located
Nice to Have
Advanced degree or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred
What You'll Do.

Global cash positioning and support short-term cash forecasting across multiple entities and currencies
Provide backup support for forecasting
and treasury operations
Perform global bank account administration
including account openings/closures
Manage bank relationships and ensure alignment with organizational and regional requirements
Maintain bank account inventory and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
including trade settlement
and transaction execution
Coordinate securities transfers
and related transaction instructions
Support global treasury operations
including cross-border payments and funding activities
Intake and processing of cash and securities donations in coordination with internal and external partners
Ensure compliance with donor restrictions
and internal policies
Maintain banking governance
including user access
and segregation of duties
Support SOX compliance
Contribute to business continuity planning (BCP) for treasury operations
Lead or support treasury initiatives
including global banking

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partners closely with the Treasury Manager and Senior Manager of Treasury; Collaborate on cross-functional projects with key partners such as, Legal, Payroll, Financial Planning and Analysis, IT, and other teams to support broader organizational initiatives; building relationships across departments; communicating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, including leadership and regional teams
